Position Overview:

The Kinesiology Department is seeking applications for a full-time lecturer role in Exercise Science. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students in the field of Kinesiology.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive curriculum within the Exercise Science major and the Kinesiology Department. Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching a total of 24 credit hours per academic year.
  • Engaging in co-curricular activities that enhance the educational experience of exercise science students.
  • Collaborating with faculty and staff to support departmental initiatives.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A doctorate in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related field.
  • A master's degree in a relevant discipline is also welcomed.
  • Preferred certifications such as NSCA CSCS and/or ACSM CEP.
