Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in our Direct Observation Unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Direct Observation Unit
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
  • Current Michigan RN license required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
