Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Food Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food production, maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain work schedules and production packets to ensure efficient food production.
  • Direct daily activities and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Ensure food safety and quality by adhering to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to promote growth and efficiency.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacement as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Director and Manager to coordinate and lead operations.
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Must complete a sanitation course within the first year of employment.
  • Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
