The Security Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for all guests, staff, and company assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguard the well-being of employees and patrons.
- Assist in the secure transportation of cash and gaming chips.
- Manage access to restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents involving patrons and employees.
- Monitor the flow of patrons and employees entering and exiting the facility.
- Identify and report safety hazards.
- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to patrons as needed.
- May operate company vehicles or equipment requiring a valid Driver's License.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
