Job DescriptionThis Patient Coordinator role involves reporting to the Manager and performing daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. The successful candidate will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in this position.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, and government regulations.
- Support patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
