Job Summary

As a key member of the Voda Cleaning & Restoration team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleaning and restoration services to our customers. Your expertise in carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery and tile restoration, and other specialty services will be essential in helping us maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery and tile restoration, and other specialty cleaning services to meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in sales meetings to increase average specialty cleaning tickets through upselling value-added products.
  • Complete accurate and timely cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Complete daily logs and work orders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools, materials, and supplies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and technology in the industry.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and portable devices.
  • Highly desired: certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
