Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with their dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of dialysis equipment and the treatment area.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and dialysis therapy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
- Successful completion of the organization's dialysis training program and CPR certification required.
