Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to adolescent and young adult patients at our college health service. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, communication skills, and emotional intelligence to address the complex needs of this age group.
About the Role- Clinical Duties: The Care Provider will assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate inpatient and outpatient care to ill or injured students.
- Adolescent and Young Adult Growth and Development: Knowledge of growth and development principles is essential to delivering tailored care that meets the evolving needs of adolescents and young adults.
- Venipuncture and Phlebotomy: The ability to perform venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures is crucial for collecting blood samples and conducting diagnostic tests.
- Education and Qualifications: A degree in Nursing and relevant certifications.
- Experience: Previous experience working with adolescent and young adult populations.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to professional development opportunities.
