Key Responsibilities- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to design systems and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expertise in business operations, strategic management, and organizational development to support the client's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 15+ years of relevant experience.
- MA/MS degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 10 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or GED and completed military service with relevant training and 15+ years of experience.
- High school diploma or GED and 20+ years of relevant experience and hold a relevant technical certification with 1+ years of experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced contracting environment.
