Shipping Supervisor Role

The American Ramp Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Joplin, Missouri.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience and be able to manage a team of 8-10 employees. Responsibilities include inventory handling, final product assembly, packaging, quality control, and accuracy.

This role requires excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to operate forklifts, hoists, saws, and hand tools, and pass certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee final product assembly and packaging

Requirements:
