As a Stylist at Lane Bryant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to help them find the perfect outfit.

• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
• Contribute to the achievement of company goals, including financial objectives and client experience
• Support the execution of floor-sets and maintain visual brand standards
• Ensure opening and closing checklist tasks are completed daily
• Support Asset Protection efforts to prevent shrink and ensure safety

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Specialty selling/retail experience preferred
• Technology proficient
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; other languages desirable

Constantly move throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete floor sets, unpack and replenish stock, and complete other tasks. Frequently involves prolonged pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching, and may involve tight or confined spaces.
