Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Automotive Technician to join our team at AN Luxury Imports of Palm Beach, Inc. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs, if authorized by the customer.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend necessary repairs and ensure customer vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Maintain an inventory of normal technician's tools not normally inventoried by the service department.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
