Job Title: Behavior Technician

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.
  • Collect and record data to monitor the progress of a treatment plan and work in collaboration with the clinical supervisor to update the treatment plan as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferred.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
