About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Services team as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. In this role, you will work collaboratively with law enforcement and other community providers to provide crisis intervention services, assessments, and evaluations to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including assessments, evaluations, and stabilization, to individuals in crisis
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other community providers to ensure a coordinated response to crisis situations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of clients
  • Provide case management services to connect clients with community resources and support services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification in the state of Illinois
  • At least 3 years of experience in crisis intervention and mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
