RN Registered Nurse Float Pool Acute Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool Acute Care team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider, Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing, Advanced Life Support preferred.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or Required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Preferred Experience: 2 years Acute Care or Med Surg experience.
