Position SummaryThe role involves receiving and executing Repair Orders as assigned, conducting diagnostic assessments, and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
- Delivering high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, adhering to both Center and Factory standards.
- Performing Quality Control checks on repaired vehicles to ensure all repairs are thoroughly completed.
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation for all repair services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring all dealership and personal tools are accounted for.
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.
- Engaging in ongoing BMW proprietary training and educational programs to enhance skills and expertise in cutting-edge BMW automotive technologies.
- Exhibiting behaviors that align with the company’s core values in all interactions.

QualificationsWe are looking for Automotive Service Technicians or Experienced Line Technicians with a minimum of 4 years of experience (preferably with luxury OEMs; BMW experience in either OEM or Independent shops is a plus).
Additional qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree is strongly preferred.
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, along with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Possession of a personal basic automotive tool set.
- ASE Certifications are highly regarded and relevant to the BMW Technician Certification process.
- A professional appearance and work ethic.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Pre-employment testing, including drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle reports.
