Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Maine. As a Skilled LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document client progress and communicate with families and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
  • 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
  • Recent wound care experience
  • Current CPR BLS Certification required
