This is a tipped position at Twin Peaks, where you will interact with, entertain, and provide best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. As a Twin Peaks Host, you will be required to sell food and beverages, and you must be knowledgeable about sports, food, and beverages. You will also be expected to maintain the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines and understand the importance of the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines
  • Interact with and entertain guests
  • Maintain proper seating/rotation utilizing Host Concepts
  • Promote events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
  • Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, engaging guests while seating, offering genuine goodbyes to departing guests, answering telephones with approved Twin Peaks verbiage
  • Perform any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
Education and/or Experience

No prior experience or training is required. However, you must be able to effectively communicate in English and be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system.

Language Skills

You must be able to suggestively sell menu items and communicate effectively with guests in order to entertain. You must also be able to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks.

Reasoning Ability

You must be able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. You must also be able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

You must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Host training. You must also attend and successfully complete the Twin Peaks Host training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
