Host Job Description at Heritage Restaurant Group

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to present a positive first impression of our restaurant's overall friendliness and service standards. As a Host/Hostess, you will warmly greet Guests upon arrival, inform them of their wait time, monitor the waiting list, enter Guest names into the system, show Guests to their table, and bid them farewell as they leave.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage waitlists, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, you will assist the team in bussing and sanitizing tables, manage takeout orders, and provide excellent customer service.
