Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of construction and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance.

Work Environment:

The Construction Project Manager will work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to weather conditions, and will be required to walk on uneven ground, lift, carry, and grip equipment. The position requires constant use of sight abilities, speech, and hearing for communication, and constant mental alertness. The ability to work under deadlines and possess planning and organizing skills is essential.
