- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English, with a strong emphasis on articulating and embracing integrated healthcare at home philosophy.
- Physical demands include regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity, with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
The demands of this role necessitate a team member who can effectively perform essential functions, with adaptations made to accommodate team members with disabilities. The work environment includes exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and conditions typical to the field, as well as routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care.
