About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong foundation in nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid RN license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) upon hire
  • 2 years of nursing/patient care experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
