Job Summary:

As a key member of the Supreme Lending team, the Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing branch profits. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate and prepare for growth, ensuring the branch is adequately staffed and personnel are trained to achieve company objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train branch personnel to meet business needs.
  • Motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels, conducting performance reviews and documenting employee files according to company policies.
  • Monitor the quality of loans originated by loan officers, ensuring they meet company policy guidelines.
  • Establish and control the branch's budget and income goals within predetermined guidelines.
  • Oversee branch performance, communicating goals and policy changes to branch personnel and generating new business through contacts with builders, developers, and realtors.
  • Ensure all functions are in compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and company policy and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional image, adhering to company standards and policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years mortgage banking experience, with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of the residential mortgage origination process.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to the changing mortgage environment.
