Multi-Family Sales Specialist

CAMP Facility Services is seeking an experienced Multifamily Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the multifamily industry.

Estimated Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and location.
Job DescriptionThis role involves:
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Establishing positive relationships with existing customers and obtaining new leads through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE: Applying knowledge of construction principles to assist clients with decision-making and developing good scopes of work.
- SALES AND NEGOTIATION: Identifying construction decision makers and negotiating contracts to close sales.
- SITE INSPECTIONS: Conducting site inspections to provide accurate and timely updates to customers and company employees.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- EXPERIENCE IN MULTIFAMILY INDUSTRY (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
- OUTSTANDING SOCIAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND NEGOTIATE TO INCREASE SALES
- EXCELLENT LISTENING SKILLS
- ABILITY TO MEET MULTIPLE, CONFLICTING DEADLINES AND CREATIVELY SOLVE PROBLEMS
- BASIC USER OF MICROSOFT EXCEL, WORD, AND OUTLOOK
- COMPLETED OSHA 10 COURSE OR COMPLETE ONE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
