- Accurately managing financial transactions related to DMV fees and ensuring proper reconciliation.
- Interpreting and explaining applicable laws and regulations to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Reviewing documentation to verify authenticity and completeness for credential issuance.
- Utilizing multiple systems to assess customer eligibility and complete transactions efficiently.
- Resolving discrepancies and providing informed decisions based on thorough analysis.
- Answering inquiries related to non-DMV services and assisting with additional registrations.
- Conducting evaluations of drivers’ knowledge and skills as needed.
- Performing vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Experience in document processing, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Customer service experience, focusing on delivering prompt and courteous assistance.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in using automated systems for data management.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement and is subject to specific terms and conditions of employment.
