Key Responsibilities

The following are fundamental duties associated with this role:

  • Processing diverse transactions related to driver and vehicle credentials, including issuance, renewal, and suspension.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by gathering necessary information to assist with various transactions.
  • Identifying and recommending exceptions to standard procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Accurately managing financial transactions related to DMV fees and ensuring proper reconciliation.
  • Interpreting and explaining applicable laws and regulations to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Reviewing documentation to verify authenticity and completeness for credential issuance.
  • Utilizing multiple systems to assess customer eligibility and complete transactions efficiently.
  • Resolving discrepancies and providing informed decisions based on thorough analysis.
  • Answering inquiries related to non-DMV services and assisting with additional registrations.
  • Conducting evaluations of drivers’ knowledge and skills as needed.
  • Performing vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Job Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Experience in document processing, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Customer service experience, focusing on delivering prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the role.
  • Proficiency in using automated systems for data management.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
