We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Medical Telemetry Specialist to join our team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and monitoring the heart rhythms of patients in our 36-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients with acute changes in their condition, including those with chest pain, stroke, COPD, and post-operative patients.
- Interpret ECGs, note arrhythmias, and intervene in emergency situations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing or Multistate RN license from a participating compact state.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date.
