Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
