Nurse Position at Rochester Regional Health

Rochester Regional Health is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Hematology/Medical Oncology Unit/Infusion Center, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to adults and geriatric patients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and service, working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Utilize electronic health records to accurately document patient information and communicate with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with departmental protocols, regulations, and education requirements.
- Participate in the medical direction of the Cancer Center and provide services such as chemotherapeutics, laboratory studies, and infusion therapy.
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
