Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team as a travel professional. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring high-quality images are produced.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Produce high-quality images through proper technique and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest MRI technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program with a degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
- New Jersey State RT License and current MRI certification (ARRT).
- BLS Certification and COVID-19 vaccination.
- Experience with Siemens MRI equipment and IV certification.
- Self-motivated and flexible with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
