Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to meet high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest issues and concerns to resolution, improving the guest experience and promoting a positive reputation for the company.
- Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory of linens and cleaning materials.
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
