About the Role

ThedaCare is seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in caring for residents by performing non-medical tasks, such as passing meal trays, passing snacks and water, and stocking linen and supplies.
  • Perform basic tasks, such as making beds, stripping rooms, and resident laundry.
  • Identify ways to improve the resident's experience of care, streamline care processes, and lower costs to improve resident, family, and team member satisfaction.
  • Respond to resident call lights and assist in transporting residents to in-facility activities.
Requirements
  • Supportive, caring, and compassionate attitude.
  • High School diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
  • Ability to move freely and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
