ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Successful completion of a background check is necessary.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize all necessary equipment.

Restock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and preparation areas.

Prepare food products.

Handle and process telephone orders.

Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

TRAINING PROGRAM
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

COMMUNICATION ABILITIES
Capability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.

Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues for order processing, both over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with speed and accuracy (calculator usage is permitted).

Ability to make accurate monetary change.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.

Coordination between visual and manual dexterity to perform precise movements swiftly and accurately.

Competence in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
