Omniscius Consulting is in search of a Subject Matter Expert Intelligence Analyst to provide critical support for a Homeland Security initiative.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on-site assistance to engage in daily operations, ensuring ongoing collaboration with the I&A/NTVC personnel and EVADE leadership.
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence capable of managing daily task assignments as part of the team; routine telework options available after familiarization with overall task order requirements.
- Contribute to EVADE establishment efforts, security threat evaluations, and other vetting processes as necessary.
- Facilitate access to subject matter expertise within the contractor's extensive corporate knowledge base as required.
- Utilize information technology tools to analyze the deep web for transportation link identification.
- Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and documentation in alignment with Intelligence Community Directives and standards.
- Implement non-attribution and mis-attribution techniques to ensure operational security (OPSEC).
- Understand the government watch listing procedures, including TIDE, the Terrorist Screening Dataset (TSDS), and DHS watch listing mechanisms such as the Watch listing Framework (WLF).
- Engage in big data analytics, including network analysis capabilities.
- Perform team lead and program management duties, including task assignments and summarizing work for executives and senior leadership.
- Exhibit expert knowledge in identity resolution techniques and concepts.
- Demonstrate expertise in vetting and assessing security threats posed by insider threats.
- Leverage publicly available social media, deep web resources, and other unconventional data sources.
- Independently produce written assessments, graphical representations (using Analyst's Notebook or similar tools), source documentation, and summary briefings in response to task assignments.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of laws, authorities, key policies, and procedures, including privacy and intelligence oversight authorities.
- Show proven ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels within a team environment and devise solutions to complex challenges.
- Over eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability.
