Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze income statements, engaging in budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Support various accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and invoicing as needed.
  • Assist with human resources and payroll tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on identifying solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Strong accounting background with meticulous attention to detail (CPA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in project accounting.
  • Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Proficient in financial analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with Deltek's Vantage Point Software is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of tax and insurance regulations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Position Details:

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% (local travel between offices or to client sites)

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 to 10 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Previous experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors is advantageous.
