Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the admission, discharge, or transfer of residents in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Take and record vital signs, including weights and temperatures, as assigned by nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Pass meal trays and assist residents with meals, as needed.
  • Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments, as required.
  • Respond to call bells in a timely manner and perform safety rounds, as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their rooms and service areas.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to licensed staff, as needed.
  • Complete documentation in the Electronic Health Record, as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • State C.N.A. certification in good standing required.
  • At least 6 months of previous experience in a CNA role is desired, but not required.
