Job Summary:

The Ambulatory Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care and a strong understanding of the nursing process.


Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Current RN license in New York state.
  • 2+ years of experience in ambulatory care.

Physical Requirements:
