Teller (Pukalani Branch)

At First Hawaiian Bank, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Teller at our Pukalani Branch, you'll play a key role in delivering this experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling preferred.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers.
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotational basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).
