Nephrology Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrology Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nephrology Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
• Work closely with PCTs to oversee patient care and ensure seamless delivery of services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Experience in nephrology or dialysis care preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
