At EarthCam, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Director to lead our security program. As the global leader in providing webcam content, technology and services, we need a seasoned professional to safeguard our corporation and its assets.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

EarthCam is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey. We have documented over a trillion dollars of construction projects around the world.

Job Description

This is a technical and team-oriented role that requires implementing and overseeing strategies to assess and mitigate risk. You will be responsible for crisis management, ensuring organization maintains compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI and GDPR, and building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.

You will review existing security measures and update protocols as needed, oversee the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements, foster a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.

You will manage, evaluate, and resolve any physical or digital security incidents or breaches, ensure that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations, present risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.

Additionally, you will work with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs and lead the initiative to implement security frameworks such as SOC2, FedRAMP and NIST for the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should be detail-oriented and organized, a problem solver with strong analytical thinking.

A bachelor's degree in safety management, information technology systems, or a similar field is required, along with at least 10 years' experience working as a security manager.

You should have excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws, proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures, solid communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
