Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bookseller to join our team at Barnes & Noble. As a Bookseller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling books and other products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Sell books and other products by sharing knowledge and enthusiasm with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by recovering the selling floor, restocking shelves, and performing other store housekeeping tasks.
  • Support business development sales and in-store events by communicating with customers and promoting products.
  • Assist in any area of the store as needed.
