About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team at Cedar Falls Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Facilitate communication with physicians, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN degree preferred
- No previous experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
