Memorial Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Memorial Care Assistant at Fairmount Memorial Association. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to families during funeral services and cemetery operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with funeral services, including directing flower arrangements and other items
- Support cemetery operations, including confirming gravesite locations and setting up equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to families and guests
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license with insurable driving history
