At LADGOV CORPORATION, we seek an exceptional Church Music Ministry Leader to oversee the musical aspects of our Catholic community. This role involves preparing and directing musical arrangements for various services, including Sunday Mass, Holy Days, and special events.

About the Job

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Church Music Ministry Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting musicians and choir members, setting up equipment, and providing input on supply needs.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Catholic worship musician, demonstrating proficiency in performing musically. Strong knowledge of the Catholic liturgical calendar and ability to select hymnody are also essential.

We require clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively conduct administrative tasks. The selected candidate will work closely with the Catholic Priest on a quarterly basis.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Catholic worship musician
  • Knowledge of Catholic liturgical calendar
  • Strong communication skills in English
