Echocardiographer Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiographer Technologist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care.

• Perform imaging procedures and treatments according to cardiac ultrasound practice standards to aid in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
• Develop and implement procedure/treatment plans utilizing established hospital protocols and guidelines.
• Complete documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Participate in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure patient care is consistent with established standards.

• Registered by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiac Credentialing International (CCI) and/or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date.
