Job DescriptionAt EGERAYS PARTY ROOM LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Party Host Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Assist customers with their needs, provide excellent cashier services, and work effectively with food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Help plan and execute private events, from small gatherings to large celebrations, by offering suggestions, establishing timelines, and ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Supervise and ensure that all guests receive attentive service, and that they are following our established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, lead discussions, and review areas for improvement after each event.
  • Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and fun attitude.
  • Support a culture of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with all policies and standards outlined in our Employee Handbook, Service Manual, and other relevant documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by our Chain of Command.
