Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist - Travel Position

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment basis. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to physicians and other healthcare professionals during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information during procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures, providing technical support and assistance as needed.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information during procedures, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow, communicating effectively and responding to changing situations.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with a strong background in patient care and technical support.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology or a related field.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personnel.
