Job Description

">
  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Baker Hughes Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in the following disciplines: Mechanical Design/Project Engineer in the ESP Sustaining Team for Artificial Lift Systems.">
  • The ideal candidate will possess mechanical engineering design skills and the ability to develop a solid working knowledge of Electric Submersible Pumping systems.">
  • Possess good 2D & 3D CAD skills (NX preferred), with experience working or leading cross functional teams.">
  • Responsible for structural/mechanical load and pressure vessel calculations along with tolerance analysis.">
  • Work individually and as part of a team to maintain ESP Systems, test and evaluate equipment, and provide technical assistance as needed within the Engineering team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.">
  • 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience.">
  • Very detail oriented to verify design data.">
  • Experience with root cause analysis.">
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.">

$120,000 per year, based on average US industry rates.

This position comes with a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
