Apartment Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Apartment Community. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Conduct property tours and showcase the community's amenities
• Process lease applications and renewals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet and exceed sales and leasing targets

Requirements:

• Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Sales experience and background in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work weekends
