The Role

We're seeking a Senior Project Delivery Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from award through installation. This position is responsible for executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project life cycle. As a key member of our team, you will partner with engineering and sales teams to understand project requirements and constraints, creating a comprehensive project plan and conducting internal and external kick-off meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing, to develop project plans and mitigation strategies
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, communication plans, and risk registers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and third-party inspectors, building customer relationships while balancing business priorities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Prepare internal and external project reports and conduct project status meetings
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3+ years of experience managing complex development or manufacturing projects, a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and experience interpreting customer specifications, contract terms, and proposals. JDE systems and Microsoft Project experience are preferred.
