Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team at Degraw Builders. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for full-time and part-time employees, including calculating hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits, including 401k, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Care On-Site, Retiree Health & Medical, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll and benefits information to employees and management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll and benefits-related issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $40.00 for full-time employees and $25.00 for part-time employees, as well as paid training and comprehensive online training.
